Michigan SBDC Releases Client Satisfaction Survey Results

The Michigan Small Business Development Center (Michigan SBDC) surveys clients every six months to ask about their satisfaction and feedback with the counseling. The Michigan SBDC recently surveyed a sampling of 2,872 clients who received SBDC services. Two-hundred forty-nine (249) completed the survey which is 8.7%. Overall, the statewide network received a 94.4% positive satisfaction rating. There were numerous comments provided to the Michigan SBDC, below are just a few.
